A: Chakras are energy centers in the body that correspond to different aspects of your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. When these energy centers are out of balance, you may feel blocked, anxious, or disconnected. The Revibify: Balance chakra-balancing album uses vocal toning, healing sound frequencies, sacred vowels, and more techniques to help you gently realign and activate each chakra from the root up. This can support emotional healing, stress relief, and a deeper sense of clarity and connection. Q: Is Revibify some sort of woo woo spiritual thing? A: Yes. Lol Just kidding. There is a lot of anecdotal evidence throughout the years showing that the sound frequency of bees can bring amazing peace and healing to those who spend time near hives. Shelly Page, the creator of Revibify, personally went to a bee hive and recorded the sound of a happy, healthy hive, and included their healing vibrations in the production of the song “Incendium Vibes” on the album “Revibify: Balance”. Q: What frequency did you tune your songs to? I heard that the standard tuning these days is to 440 hz and that it may not align with our natural healing frequencies? A: That’s correct! Standard tuning these days is 440 hz, and there are many theories stating that the natural tuning should be 432 hz in order to best promote peace and healing. This is why the “Revibify: Balance” album is tuned to 432 hz. Q: I’ve seen a lot of fruads claiming that their songs are in certain healing frequencies, then it turns out it’s not true. How can I trust that you are being honest about the healing frequencies of your songs? A: This is a great question! I too have been disillusioned by the many sound healing influencers claiming their music is in one frequency, when it’s something else entirely. What Revibify has done with each song in the “Revibify: Balance” album that claims to use certain frequencies for each chakra energy source, is during production. To try and keep the explanation simple, she’s basically gone in during pre-mastiering, and bumped up the proper frequencies for many of the elements and instruments within the track, ensuring that those frequencies are emphasized and pulsating throughout the entire track. In mastering, the track is balanced in volume to create a cohesive and pleasant feeling, but the frequency emphasis will remain purpusefully chosen to ensure that you’re getting the sound healing mainly from that frequency range. Q: Is the albut “Revibify: Yoga” Specifically for people who do yoga? A: No. The Revibify album “Revibify: Yoga” is a wonderful album to listen to whether you’re doing yoga, studying, calming your nervous system, meditating, multi-tasking, or wanting peaceful background music for your home, spa, reception area, or health retreat. Q: How did you come up with them melody for the Revibify songs? A: Good question! While recording vocals for Revibify, Shelly Page (the creator and vocalist) went into meditation (and sometimes a meditative trance) and recorded the vocals while in this state. It’s her belief that Revibify can only heal if the vocal toning is coming from an authentic and deep place beyond the logical mind. Q: This Revibify music sounds like it should be in films and movies. Do you ever consider sync licensing for your Revibify music? A: Yes! Many people say that Revibify’s healing music has a cinematic, atmospheric feel—perfect for film, TV, wellness content, or guided meditations. Revibify Hypnotism Q: I read that you are a certified hypnotherapist. Do you do individual therapy sessions? A: At this time, Revibify does not offer individual hypnotherapy sessions, however we will be utilizing hypnotherapy in future meditations and videos that clearly state hypnotherapy is being used. Stay tuned for more hypnotherapy offerings, and for any updated in individual sessions. Q: Is hypnotism dangerous? A: Hypnotism is not dangerous for the majority of people. It only helps to more efficiently guide one into a trance like state. People who suffer from psychosis, and epilepsy aren’t advised to participate in hypnotism without a doctor’s advise. Q: I heard that you can get stuck in a hypnotized state if it’s self-led? A: Hypnosis is just like spacing out. You can easily snap out of hypnosis at any time you like. It’s a deep sense of relaxation which helps access your subconscious without your monkey mind getting in the way, but just like sleep, it’s easy to go back to thinking in fully conscious way.
