Five Star Formula Manual and Welcome Booklet Canva Template Bundle Available Now!

Hello my good people! As you know I've been busy going around the world singing to anyone and everyone who will listen, but while I was out there, I finally decided it was time to create this manual that I had on my mind for a while. Because I live on cruise ships and in and out of short term rentals like Airbnb, VRBO, Hotel, Motels, and Holiday Inns (lol) I decided I needed to put all of my thoughts together in this Five Star Formula: What Rental Hosts Need To Know manual. Why? I was feeling like I have collected so much experience as a guest in these places over the years, and have met SO many amazing hosts, and I just want to help them out. There isn't often an appropriate opportunity for me to give all of my suggestions to hosts (because I have a LONG list), but I wanted to provide a resource to help them if they went looking for one.

This manual has actionable tips and advice for small, low and no cost ways to improve your listing and the guest experience, as well as advice on where investing a little bit in your property can go a long way. I keep it short, sweet, and simple because I know we're all busy, but it's packed with the information I've gathered from living out of my suitcase for the past....well... we don't have to say HOW many years lol.

I also included on my website an editable Welcome Booklet Canva Template (including instructions) and have made this into a bundle. On Amazon, it costs more to get only the epub version of the book, but as a reward for supporting small businesses like myself rather than only using Amazon (I'm sometimes guilty of this so I get it) I've lowered the price here and included: The epub version (great for e-readers, phones and tablets), and the pdf (great for printing and desktop computers) and a pdf with instructions and a link to the Welcome Booklet Template.
