Hello again and happy Monday. I'd love to announce that my latest Revibify Album "Revibify: Balance" has been released to all streaming platforms. As I wrap up my time in Idaho, I'm completing some long time projects, and this album is one of them. For those of you who have been following along for a while, you'd be aware that Revibify is my artist name for the ethereal and more ambient music that I make. I'll take the time today to write overview here, and if you have more interest, you can reach the Revibify section of my website by clicking here. You can find links to my music from that page, but for your convenience I'll add the Spotify link to the new album HERE

The concept of Revibify began a long time ago and the idea especially formed while traveling through South America. I'd experienced chronic health problems for my entire 20s and was very interested in alternative healing methods, sound frequency and vocal toning to name a few. In Uruguay and Argentina I met musicians who not only understood my vision, but helped inspire it through encouragement, reminding me that many people could benefit if I committed to making this type of music.
Revibify isn't only music. It's also guided meditations, hypnotherapy, and background sounds. The background sounds are meant to comfort people who are feeling isolated and miss the familiar sounds of someone in the home. The first album I put out for Revibify is called "A Woman's Presence" This is a background sound album. I recorded the sounds I hummed to myself while doing things like making coffee, vacuuming, showering (yes), blow drying my hair. Anything that may have felt familiar to some with the hope of helping to ease their subconsious mind now that it's gone. That album can be found on Spotify HERE and all streaming platforms, including YouTube, just like the other Revibify albums.
The Second album is "Revibify: Yoga" which can be heard HERE This was the first Revibify music album. The ethereal vocals in the vocal toning effect largely contributes to my Revibify style. I created the tracks intuitively, then recorded the vocals while holding in mind the intention for each song, mainly healing energy and raw authenticity. It wasn't until I created the song "Chakra Healing Vibes" when I decided that for my next album I'd really dive more into the use of vocal vibrations to heal energy centers. While recording Chakra Healing Vibes, I was meditating and decided to set up the microphone. I was intuitively led to move my vocal frequencies from the root up, and when feeling energetic blockages, to vibrate them with my voice until I felt them soften. Then, I would continue to move the voice up into higher frequencies until I felt balanced and aligned. I finished the "Revibify: Yoga" album off with this song, hoping that it would have the same effects on others, and as a look into what was to come.
Now, five years after "Revibify: Yoga" made it's debut, "Revibify: Balance" is complete. It took such a long time to make because I sincerely believe that with this type of music, I have to be in flow, balanced, and spiritually present to authentically create the music. It's not like some projects that you can put on a calendar and just get to work on. Maybe in the future I'll be better about getting into the right energy flow to authentically create healing and balancing music, but I'm not concerned about deadlines. I organized this album by breaking down the concept of the song "Chakra Healing Vibes" and rather than doing a full body scan with one song, I decided to create one song per chakra center. That way, if people were seeking healing and balance for their entire energy field, they could listen through the entire album, but if they had the desire to focus on one area at a time, this would provide the option for that too.
Without going more into detail about the songs and the album, I'd just like to say I'm so happy that it's finally out and available to those who will benefit from it. I will continue to create albums which promote a calm and peaceful inner world for those who gain much from the power of music.
Keep your eyes open for press coming out about the album! Here is a lovely piece written by the Grotesqualizer blog on my Root Chakra song "Terra Firma Vibes":
Coeur d'Alene, Idaho sound healer artist Revibify presented a hypno single from her upcoming album “Revibify: Balance” (August 8th). Acting on the root chakra, the track “Terra Firma Vibes” offers a mysterious and deeply immersive, droney new age take. This music is filled with resonating, processional synths/fx/didgeridoo, trance-inducing percussion, and magical sacred chants. On the other hand, the composition has a breathtaking, cinematic vibe a la “Dune.”
You can find this blog post and check out their other entries HERE. This blog is the first to go live, but other writers have reached out and will be writing their own take on the album as well. I feel so honored they they see the vision and are willing to take the time to get the word out.
If you or anyone you know has any interest in unconventional music and the concept of sound vibration as a way of bringing balance into your life, I hope that you are able to listen to this new album (or any of the others), and feel the magic that music can bring.
